Access to new Well Spouse videos

I have been able to access both the long and short videos. Some people I sent the links to were also able to access them.

However, I have a friend who is on a Mac who is able to see the short version but not the long version. She even went directly to youtube and did a search; she found the video but couldn't open it.

Any suggestions?
