How do I release an on hold message?

Postby mugs » Sat Oct 29, 2011 11:44 am

Hi Larry:

I emptied my folders but still can't receive the pm that's waiting. I reread the q&as here where it says you have to click "yes" to release messages, but can't find that prompt anywhere.

thanks!

If your inbox is 100% full, and you have messages on hold because of that, you have to delete one or more of the inbox messages to make room for the new message. Open a message that you don't want to save, and hit the X to delete it. It will then ask you if you're sure you want to delete it, and you click yes. Then you click "release all onhold messages".
