Why do my pms stay in my outbox for days before being sent?

My pms to others here seem to stay in my Outbox for days sometimes before being sent.How do I speed things up?

IS with primary progressive MS. Separated and not sure how the journey will end. My faith, family and WS friends are my strength.

They are retrievable by the recipient as soon as you send them. They stay in your Outbox until they are actually read.
