New to the board

Hi! I'm new to the board but a former long ago member of well spouse. Am feeling pretty isolated and desperate right now, with my post polio syndrome IS (our 35th wedding anniversary is in a couple of weeks!) now experiencing Alzheimer's symptoms, sleep apnea, and approaching his 70th birthday.
