Discounted LTC Insurance

A member of our family, and former officer of The Well Spouse Foundation, Leslie Graifman started this little known benefit in 1999 for members of WSA. Les worked for John Hancock and established one of their first Affinity Groups for WSA at that time. This group effectively gives you a 5% discount for LTC coverage. WSA accrues no benefit from these policies other than to offer our members discounts similar to other group policies.

Although LTC is not right for everyone, if you are thinking of such a policy this could be a value to you.

Les was involved in the formative years at WSA and worked with Maggie Strong at the inception of our 'family'. He held the positions of Treasurer, Vice-President, Co-President and Executive Director. Les was also involved, with his daughter, in the formation of the CHIPs program (Children Having Ill Parents).

WSA DISCOUNTED LONG TERM CARE INSURANCE

As caregivers, we know better than anyone how the stress and physical demands of taking care of an ill spouse can affect our own health. But the reality is that custodial care is very expensive, a fact that caregivers know only too well!

LTC is an age related product, so don’t wait until you are older to buy. Lock in a lower premium now and take advantage of the Affinity Group special discounts.
