New Member TestingHi, My name is Ann and I'm a new member. My husband has MS and was diagnoised about 3 years ago. He is wheelchair bound and is a CPA working from home. I work a full time job and lately feel like I don't fit in with the normal people of the world. He needs help with more and more things as the time goes by. I'm looking for some friends who can relate to what I'm going through. I found this site and signed up a few weeks ago. In looking around I've discovered that someone else had my username a while back and therefore it appears that I've been a member for a number of years. Is there any way for me to change my user name?

Re: New Member TestingWelcome Ann.
You will find that many of us are WSes to an MS sufferer. It has taken over twenty years for my husband to go from being a strong, outstanding athlete to a near helpless invalid. The long gradual decline has probably made the adjustments easier, but the point came where I felt I was being sucked into an abyss of hopelessness. Fortunately I found WSA..the support here has made all the difference. Glad you have joined us, we do understand and we are always here for each other. A big welcome hug, Claudia WS 70,IS 74, PPMS 25+ years.

Re: New Member TestingThank you all for the welcome wishes and thank you for changing my user name as well. I suppose it's been a long road for me to get here and I'm so glad I found this place. For the most part I am a very positive person but dealing with this illness is quite stressful and I'm very challenged lately.
