Volunteer Techie for the Website

Hi all:

I'm looking for a Volunteer Techie for the Website. Our former volunteer retired because she had too much overtime at work.

We would need someone experienced in SQL, PhP and Joomla, backend, as well as web design aspects, such as advanced HTML including CSS, and able to mount needed update software.

Time needed: about 5-10 hours a week.
