Janice, our volunteer web techie, does not have a Mac to test problems with access to the website on Safari, Firefox and also access to the chat.
She lives in MD (Silver Spring) and would like to borrow someone's Mac to see what is going on.
we apologize, there seems to be a real issue, between an upgrade in the Website, and also an upgrade in the Mac versions of Safari and Firefox, that leave people with a blank center pane on the website. Access to the Forum is possible, but you need to know that once you login the Forum button has been pushed off the top menu bar to the right, and has gone all the way to the left, just under the bar, and will appear when you move your cursor there. Double click on it there.
I will send this message by EM to all Forum members tomorrow, so that all those with Macs will understand what has happened, and that we are working on it.

Re: Mac Problems... MD area, we need a Mac to test onRichard, just wanted to let you know problems I've had on going..not that you need to hear more, I am fortunate that I have both a laptop and an IPad.. My laptop has Internet explorer, and with it I am unable to access the forum but no problem getting into chat..go figure.... So to work around that I use the iPad, which has safari to access the forum.. For me no need for help but just to let you know this for background information..well wishes for finding a workable solution.

For the Internet Explorer access to the website and Forum, follow the instructions in the "Login Problems" page (accessed from the top of the central pane of the home page). That sounds like a problem of cookies and Internet temp files needing to be deleted, so that the browser stops looking for the old conformation of the website, and for some people, old passwords, etc. Richard, WSA Pres. 05-09.
