Website Maintenance Technical Support Needed

We need a volunteer Website technical support person. Ron Rattie is resigning as of June 1, 2011... after having done a really good job of integrating the Website and the Forum. I myself look after the content of the website, but we need a techie to do the following:

a. maintain the MySQL database that is the repository for all the information from Joomla and PhPBB (formerly was the repository for the PhPBB).
b. has advanced HTML programming skills, including knowledge of cascading style sheets.
c. has an advanced knowledge of Joomla... to back me up.
d. trouble shoots immediate problems.
e. upgrades sections of the various software programs, as needed.

If not a volunteer, we would be able to pay a small honorarium, or a per month minimum retainer fee.

Preferably, the person who answers this would be a well spouse, but they don't have to be. If you know a web designer who would be willing to help out, please send me their name and contact details.
