Temporary username Incognito, its password and use

It has come to my attention and that of other moderatos, that the password for Incognito has not been changed for a while, so it is being re-used without our knowledge.

Accordingly, I have changed the password, and have consulted with the moderators on the use of Incognito. We came up with a set of rules, which I will apply:

1. I will not publish the password, here or anywhere else.
2. Requests for it will come to me only through the EM forumadmin@wellspouse.org .
3. Basically, there should be only one person using it at a time, and there should be a time limit of say, one week.
4. I will keep a record of who has it.
5. I will give it to anyone who has a specific issue they want to post on anonymously --and most importantly, only if it's an issue of a delicate nature. You will need to give me some indication of why you need it.
6. I will not reveal who has it.
7. Anyone who abuses it by using it to take potshots at another Forum member will lose the privilege of using it again, on the first warning, and if they persist in doing so wth their Forum username, they will be banned from the Forum
