WSA Teleconferences

In 2011 the Well Spouse™ Association expanded its services to members, with the introduction of Teleconference calls on different subjects for spousal caregivers.  They have been arranged with the kind assistance of WSA member Jay Kraker and his company, the Empowered Caregiver Network. The basic format is this:      - The teleconference is national/international      - Any number of people can call in      - The length of the call is approximately 75 minutes      - The teleconference opens with a short, 15-20 minute presentation by an expert professional, or experienced spousal caregiver      - During the presentation there are 1-2 breaks for questions, which can add up to 10-15 more minutes      - At the end, attendees are placed into groups of no more than 5 or 6, with an experienced WSA member as a group leader -- for most of the remaining time --  30- 40 minutes      - The conclusion lasts from 5-10 minutes What follows is a list, first, of the teleconferences to come, and then, of those already held, with the audio file of the presentation by an expert professional.
